Description
This 565L pizza prep table lines each of its 3 hinged self-closing doors with guides for 7 pizza trays (400 x 600 mm), so shaped bases can rest ready to hand under a granite worktop that stays naturally cool for dough work. The doors close themselves after use, helping hold the cabinet steady at +2/+10°C through service.
Ventilated cooling runs under electronic control with automatic defrost, and 6 adjustable legs let the table stand level on the kitchen floor. Energy use is 1332 kWh a year (energy class C), and it is built in SS304 stainless steel throughout for a durable pizzeria prep station.
