This 370L pizza prep table adds a refrigerated GVC topping unit on top, holding 6×GN1/3 pans of your most popular toppings within easy reach (pans not included) over a granite worktop that stays cool for shaping dough. 2 hinged self-closing doors, each lined with guides for 7 pizza trays (400 x 600 mm), open onto storage below, holding the cabinet at +2/+10°C.
Static / Ventilated cooling keeps both the topping unit and the cabinet steady under electronic control, with automatic defrost and 4 adjustable legs for a level stand. Running at 300 W, 847 kWh a year (energy class B), it is built in stainless steel for continuous pizzeria service.
