The Sirman Dicing Grid PS5 is a 5 mm dicing grid disc for Sirman vegetable cutters, designed to produce uniform 5 mm vegetable dice in professional kitchen operations. It is compatible with the Sirman TM ALL, TM INOX, and TM TG machines, and is manufactured in Italy to commercial-grade standards.
The PS5 works as part of Sirman's two-disc dicing system: it must be paired with the DF5 slicing disc, which pre-cuts the product before the PS5 grid finishes the dice. This combination delivers consistent, clean cuts at volume — making it a practical choice for restaurant prep kitchens, hotel banqueting operations, and catering facilities where precise vegetable cuts matter.
