Dicing Grid Disc, 14x14 mm, For TM/TG

The Sirman PS14 G is a dicing grid disc for Sirman TM and TG vegetable preparation machines, producing uniform 14 x 14 mm (9/16 inch) dice from vegetables and other produce. Made in Italy, it is built to the same standard as the machines it serves, delivering consistent cut quality in high-throughput kitchen environments.

To produce diced output, the PS14 G must be paired with the Sirman DF14 slicing disc — the two work in combination to first slice and then grid the product to the target cube size.
