The Sirman PS14 is a dicing grid accessory disc for the Sirman TM series vegetable processors (TM1, TM1-FE, TMTG-FE), producing uniform 14 x 14 mm (9/16 inch) dice. It is a passive crosscut grid — not a powered component — designed to be mounted in the machine alongside the companion DF14 slicing disc, which must be used together with the PS14 to complete the full dicing operation.
Made in Italy, the PS14 suits prep kitchens in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and institutional foodservice where consistent, high-volume vegetable dicing is required. If you already run a Sirman TM processor, this disc drops straight in and expands your cutting repertoire without additional equipment investment.
