The Sirman PS10 is a dicing grid for the Sirman TM series vegetable cutters — including the TM1-FE, TMTG-FE and TM A — producing uniform 10 × 10 mm (3/8 inch) dice from a wide range of vegetables and soft produce. It is a replacement and accessory part designed for professional kitchens that demand consistent, repeatable cuts at volume.
To perform a dicing operation, the PS10 must be paired with the Sirman DF10 slicing disc; together the two components deliver clean, square dice in a single pass through the machine.
