The Lainox Stew Pan is an enameled GN 1/1 oven container designed for braising, stewing and wet cooking in Lainox combination ovens. Its single-piece construction carries a 5.1-litre capacity across a shallow 40 mm depth, making it well-suited for even heat distribution during slow-cooked dishes.
The ceramic enamel coating resists staining and simplifies cleaning between services — a practical advantage in high-turnover restaurant, hotel and catering kitchens.
