Description

The Maxima Premium Griddle is a grooved, chrome-finished double-unit electric griddle for professional kitchens that run a 90 cm deep cooking line. The grill plate is 2 mm thick steel, heats evenly across the surface and runs on a thermostat from 50 to 300 °C. A 1 litre drip tray underneath collects grease, and the stainless steel housing and splashguards are easy to wipe down.

Connection 400 V, 50 Hz, 3-phase, 12 kW; supplied without a plug. External dimensions 800 x 900 x 280 mm, net weight 90 kg.
