Description

The Maxima Premium Bratt Pan, 90 L, Gas is a tilting bratt pan for professional kitchens that bake, roast, cook and stew large quantities of food: a net capacity of 90 litres, an 8 mm thick stainless steel base for even heat distribution, and a temperature range of 120 to 300 °C set from the front panel. The gas burners and heating shut off automatically whenever the lid is open, and a safety thermostat prevents overheating. A water tap fills the pan for cleaning, and tilting the inner pan by hand empties it for serving or washing.

Connection 24 kW total gas power, natural gas (G25) injectors fitted with an LPG (G30) set included. Cooking surface 900 x 530 mm, external dimensions 1000 x 900 x 850 mm, net weight 135.9 kg, gross weight 167 kg. The other sizes of this gas line can be selected above.
