The Maxima Premium Boiling Pan, 100 L, Indirect, Electric, 400 V is a round stainless steel boiling pan with a compact, 90 cm deep footprint for professional kitchens that cook liquid dishes such as soups, sauces and broths in quantity: a net capacity of 100 litres with an indirect heating system, where a water-filled double wall spreads the heat evenly instead of applying it directly to the base. A safety thermostat guards against a low water level and a pressure relief valve with a gauge controls the steam pressure. The counterweighted lid opens and closes with one hand, and a drain valve empties the pan for serving or cleaning.
