The Potis Z GD4 is a double vertical kebab and gyros gas grill for high-volume döner and shawarma operations, combining two GD4 bodies into a single floor-standing twin-spit unit with a total capacity of up to 140 kg of meat. Four individually controlled infrared burners with ceramic plates deliver 14 kW of focused, even heat, while thermocouple safety valves and a continuous pilot ignition system keep the line moving safely and efficiently. Made in Germany and CE-certified, the Z GD4 is built entirely in stainless steel and runs on either LPG or natural gas.

Designed for busy kebab restaurants, fast-casual venues, catering kitchens and food-service operations that need to run two spits simultaneously, the grill features adjustable spit-to-burner distance for precise browning control and a bottom-mounted motor that keeps the mechanism out of the carving zone. Stainless steel heat shields on both sides protect staff and adjacent equipment, and the unit ships complete with grease tray, holder and spit so it is ready to load from day one.
