Electric Doner Kebab Grill, 4-Element Ceran, 70 kg

The Potis MU CE4 is a vertical electric doner and gyros grill for continuous kebab service in restaurants, kebab shops, hotels and catering operations, delivering 7.6 kW across four independent Ceran ceramic-glass heating elements. The spit accommodates up to 70 kg of meat at a grilling height of 680 mm, making it a full-capacity machine suited to high-volume service rather than compact countertop use.

Each of the four heating elements is controlled separately by its own knob, letting operators run partial load during quieter periods and ramp up to full power at peak times. The top-mounted motor drives reversible spit rotation — clockwise and counter-clockwise — while the spit itself is adjustable in both height and tilt for precise heat exposure. A wide octagonal drip pan collects grease cleanly, and the unit ships with grease tray, spit holder and spit included. The all-stainless-steel construction handles the demands of a professional kitchen environment, and hinged doors are available as an option.
