Description
The Potis EH is an electric vertical kebab and doner gyros grill designed for compact, counter-top shawarma and gyros service in restaurants, kebab shops, fast-food outlets and catering operations. Running on a standard 230 V supply and drawing 3.0 kW, it fits easily into kitchens where gas is unavailable or impractical.
The stainless steel construction keeps the unit hygienic and easy to clean through a busy service. Its heating element delivers consistent, even radiant heat across the full meat column, supporting steady output without hot spots. The grill accommodates a meat spit up to 250 mm in height and handles a loaded spit of up to 7 kg — well suited to a continuous lunch or dinner service in a mid-sized operation.
