Description
The Potis E3 is an electric vertical kebab and doner gyros grill for professional HoReCa kitchens, delivering 9.0 kW (or 7.8 kW on single-phase 230 V) through three independently controlled infrared heating elements with ceramic stone surfaces. Made in Germany from stainless steel and certified CE, TÜV and GS, it is built for continuous service in restaurants, kebab shops, hotels and catering operations that demand reliable output and easy cleaning.
The grill handles up to 50 kg of meat on a 895 mm spit, with a usable meat column height of 700 mm — sufficient for a full doner cone without compromise. Spit-to-burner distance is adjustable, and the removable octagonal grease pan keeps clean-down fast during a busy service. The three heating zones can be run independently, giving operators precise control over heat distribution across the meat column.
