Description
The POTIS E1 is an electric vertical kebab and gyros grill for döner, shawarma and gyros preparation, rated at 3.9 kW on a standard 230 V single-phase supply. Three ceramic brick infrared reflectors deliver even, radiant heat along the full meat column, which can reach up to 340 mm in height and carry up to 15 kg on the skewer — making this unit well suited for busy kebab shops, fast-casual restaurants and food-service counters.
Rotation is driven by a top-mounted motor at a steady 1 rpm, controlled via a 7-speed mechanical switch for precise heat management. The stainless steel construction keeps cleaning straightforward, and the included octagonal grease tray with perforated plate channels drippings efficiently. Everything needed for immediate operation ships in the box: motor, skewer, skewer plate, sliding sleeves and clamps. Manufactured in Germany.
