Amerbox Polyester Trapezoid Tray, 355 × 455 mm

This trapezoid tray is moulded in fibreglass-reinforced polyester and measures 355 × 455mm. It weighs 0.83kg and comes in grey, a colour chosen because it hides the light scuffs that build up in high-volume service.

The trapezoid shape and reinforced, stiffened rim are built for canteens and institutional catering rather than delicate front-of-house service, the kind of setting where trays get stacked, dropped and washed dozens of times a day. Profiled edge separators help trays stack cleanly and drain after washing.

The supplier rates it dishwasher safe and for use between -10°C and 100°C.
