The PLUST Collection Airball Sofa (ref. 6283 C2) is a 2–3 seater indoor/outdoor contract sofa designed by Alberto Brogliato, built from a single-piece rotomoulded polyethylene shell with a 390 mm seat height and a gross weight of 30.2 kg. Part of the Airball family — derived from the Gumball line — it has been a hospitality staple since its 2013 launch.
Its most distinctive feature is a perforated surface of 6 cm diameter holes that runs across the entire shell, reducing visual mass and allowing water drainage for covered outdoor areas, terraces, hotel lobbies, and café fit-outs. The closed base and monobloc construction mean no hidden crevices, making cleaning fast in high-footfall environments.
For operators who want to create atmosphere after dark, the Airball Sofa is compatible with two RGB LED lighting kits (Bluetooth, battery-operated, suitable for indoor and outdoor use — available separately as ref. A4688 / A4182), turning the piece into a glowing feature element without any fixed wiring. Supplied in standard opaque white, it suits restaurants, hotels, and contract residential projects that demand durability alongside a sculptural aesthetic.
