Description

The Was 400 mm round pizza pan is a professional blue steel oven tray designed for high-volume pizza baking in restaurants, pizzerias, and catering operations. Blue steel — carbon steel with a blue/black oxide finish — distributes heat evenly and develops a natural non-stick seasoning over time, producing consistently crisp bases direct from deck or convection ovens.
