Description

The REDFOX FP 36 is a compact countertop pizza oven with one chamber for a single 33 cm pizza, built in stainless steel for snack bars and small kitchens. A mechanical thermostat sets the temperature from 50 to 300 °C, an operation indicator shows when the element is on, and a safety thermostat protects the oven. The chamber measures 340 x 340 mm and has no stone plate. The oven can be stacked with a second unit when more capacity is needed.

Connection 230 V, 1.75 kW, with controls protected to IPX4 and a short plastic handle on the door. External dimensions 505 x 566 x 214 mm, net weight 15 kg, packed 16 kg. The digital-control version FPP 36 can be selected above; the stone-base models FP 36 R, FP 37 R and FP 38 R are listed below.
