Description

The REDFOX E 8 is an electric pizza oven with two chambers for pizzerias, restaurants and catering kitchens. It holds eight 33 cm pizzas in total, on a 14 mm stone plate at the bottom. Each chamber measures 700 x 700 x 150 mm and has its own control, so the two can be run separately. Temperature is set from 50 to 450 °C with a mechanical control and read on an analogue thermometer, and an indicator shows when the oven is operating.

Connection 400 V / 3N, 50 Hz, 9.6 kW. External dimensions 975 x 835 x 763 mm, net weight 123 kg. The door has a short plastic handle. Interior lighting, an adjustable chimney for moisture extraction and steam protection are fitted, the controls are protected to IPX4, and a safety thermostat is included. The 8, 12 and 18 pizza sizes can be selected above.
