The Pintinox Chalet is a 30 cm forged aluminium frying pan with a PFAS-free stone-effect non-stick coating (Eco-Tech — free of PFAS, PFOA and PTFE), designed for professional and high-volume home kitchens in restaurants, hotels and cafés. The high-thickness forged body distributes heat evenly across all hob types, including induction, thanks to its integrated steel bottom.
The included glass lid and heat-resistant soft-touch wood-effect handle keep cooks in control during service, while the dishwasher-safe construction (chlorine-free detergent recommended) simplifies end-of-shift cleaning. At 2.65 L usable volume, the Chalet handles generous portions without crowding the pan — practical for sautéing, searing and sauce work alike.
