The Roller Grill PANINI XL is a professional cast-iron contact grill for high-volume sandwich, panini and burger service, delivering 3.6 kW across a 360 × 360 mm cooking surface. Ready in 15 minutes, it handles up to 5 panini or 9 hamburgers per cycle — sustaining throughput of 130 panini or 415 hamburgers per hour — making it a practical fit for busy restaurants, hotel kitchens, cafés and catering operations.

The cast-iron plates retain heat evenly and hold up to 300 °C, controlled by a bulb thermostat and a 4-position plate selector switch. A Klixon thermal cut-out protects the unit against overheating, while CE, UL and NSF certifications confirm it meets international safety and sanitation standards. The included drip tray and scraper keep service lines clean with minimal downtime.

Four 100 mm legs ship in the box, raising the unit to a comfortable working height or freeing space for a drip container below — a small detail that matters during a busy shift.
