The Palma Soul Soft 472E.I1 is an upholstered side chair from Italian manufacturer Palma S.p.A., designed for restaurants, cafés, hotels and contract hospitality environments. Its armless profile suits high-density seating layouts, while the solid beech wood frame and padded beech backrest deliver the structural durability that busy front-of-house operations demand.

Both the seat and backrest are fully upholstered, with the seat fitted as a drop-in unit for straightforward reupholstery in service. Finish and fabric are fully customisable: wood stains and lacquers can be specified from the Palma finish chart or matched to a customer sample, and upholstery can be supplied in the manufacturer's own material catalogue or as COM (Customer's Own Material) — making the Soul Soft collection a practical choice for operators with strict brand or interior design requirements.
