Description
The Paderno GN 2/4 melamine gastronorm container is a 3-litre food-service container designed for cold food storage, buffet display and ingredient organisation in restaurants, hotels and catering operations. Built to GN EN 631 standard, its 65 mm depth fits standard gastronorm frames and refrigerated inserts, while the notching edge allows secure, stable stacking to maximise storage space.
Made from food-contact-safe melamine, the container is heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, non-toxic and lightweight — qualities that make it a practical alternative to stainless steel for front-of-house and prep use. The matte black finish presents cleanly on buffet lines and salad bars. It goes straight into the dishwasher for fast turnaround. Note that it is not suitable for use in ovens, microwaves or with direct heat, oils or chemicals.
