Description

The Paderno Melamine Gastronorm Container GN 1/1 (100 mm depth) is a BPA-free melamine food storage container for professional kitchens, designed to hold, transport and present both hot and cold food in standard EN 631 gastronorm systems. Rated for use between -20 °C and +70 °C, it handles ambient and chilled storage for up to 24 hours and fits directly into any standard GN 1/1 rack, trolley or cold prep unit.

The clean white finish suits front-of-house buffet display as well as back-of-house prep and storage in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and cafés. It is fully dishwasher safe for fast turnaround in busy kitchens. Note that this container is not suitable for use in ovens, microwaves, bain-marie units, hot counters, heated cabinets or under heat lamps — it is a cold and ambient storage solution, not a heated-service vessel.
