The Sirman O3 Maxi Tower is a floor-standing column ozone generator for professional air and surface sanitization, producing 112 g/h of ozone and covering up to 1,440 m² — making it one of the highest-capacity units in the Sirman O3 line. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel and drawing just 0.47 kW, it is engineered for unattended overnight or scheduled disinfection cycles in large commercial kitchens, hotel back-of-house areas, restaurant dining rooms, and food production facilities.

Control is handled through a programmable digital panel with NFC connectivity: operators set daily or weekly start/stop schedules and dial ozone concentration between 1 and 4 ppm via a free dedicated app, without touching the panel. EPROM memory retains all programmed schedules after a power cut, eliminating manual reprogramming. A panel safety lock prevents accidental interruption of active cycles.

Because ozone at sanitizing concentrations is hazardous to people, the Sirman O3 Maxi Tower is strictly a vacant-space sanitizer: re-entry after a cycle is not recommended for at least 6 hours, and a minimum 15-minute ventilation period is required before staff return. It is the right choice for operations that need reliable, chemical-free sanitization of large areas on a fixed schedule with minimal operator intervention.
