OVE Lugano Dessert Knife, 200 mm, 18/10 Steel

The Lugano dessert knife is 200 mm long in 18/10 stainless steel, shorter than the 230 mm table knife and sized for dessert and starter courses.

The 18/10 chrome-nickel steel is polished through several stages, finishing with a high mirror polish, so each piece keeps a bright, consistent shine through repeated day-to-day service. At 5 mm thick, Lugano is a heavier gauge than OVE's lighter Adria range, made in a modern factory operating to environmental compliance standards, and supplied in cases of twelve for straightforward reordering.
