OVE Amarone Bronze Dessert Knife, 190 mm, 18/10 Steel

The dessert knife measures 190 mm and weighs 59 g, sized between the full table knife and the smaller dessert pieces for cheese boards and lighter courses.

OVE applies the copper tone with a PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) process: metal is evaporated in a high-vacuum chamber and combined with a reactive gas to form an ultra-thin, tightly bonded colour layer across the surface. The coating is dishwasher safe, so the copper finish holds up through repeated commercial washing cycles without dulling.
