The Sirman O3 Tower 28 TOP is a floor-standing ozone generator for professional sanitization of commercial kitchens, food preparation areas, and hospitality spaces, covering up to 180 m² per cycle. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel, it delivers adjustable ozone concentrations between 1 and 4 ppm, effectively eliminating moulds, bacteria, viruses, parasites, and persistent odours without chemicals or manual intervention.
Its programmable digital control panel with safety lock allows daily and weekly start/stop scheduling across a full 0–24 h window, and EPROM memory ensures all settings are retained even after a power cut — making it a reliable, set-and-forget solution for restaurants, hotels, catering operations, and food retail environments that require consistent, unattended sanitation overnight or between service periods.
