Description
The Neumärker Tower is a refrigerated show display vitrine for front-of-house presentation of chilled desserts, pastries, and ready-to-serve items, maintaining a stable holding range of +4 °C to +7 °C via forced-air circulation. Drawing just 0.267 kW at 230 V / 50 Hz, it fits neatly into café counters, hotel buffets, and patisserie service lines without heavy electrical demands.
The Tower's rear-mounted cooling unit stays out of sight, keeping the customer-facing display clean and uncluttered. The optional Topping System 06-70540-01 — three 1/6 GN containers, 65 mm deep — drops in to replace one glass shelf, making the Tower a practical choice for operations that want to merchandize toppings or garnishes alongside chilled product.
