Description
The Neumärker Tomato Cutter is a manual countertop slicer for high-volume tomato prep, producing clean 5.5 mm slices through particularly sharp serrated blades and a sturdy frame-and-guide-rail construction. Made in Europe from stainless steel, it is built for the demands of professional kitchens in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and sandwich or salad bars.
The elevated ejection mechanism lets sliced tomatoes drop directly into a standard 65 mm deep GN container, keeping the workflow fast and tidy. The interchangeable blade set also supports alternative cutting configurations — including 1/8, 1/4 and 1/6 portion wedge cutters and a compatible Mozzarella/Caprese cutter — making the frame a versatile platform. All parts are dishwasher safe for quick turnaround between service periods.
