The Neumärker Sugar Cooker is an electric sugar cooker for glazing fruits and preparing caramelised fun-food specialities, running on 230 V / 50 Hz at 1.8 kW. Its 4-litre aluminium pot uses dry-heat technology — no bain-marie or water bath — delivering fast, even heat transfer so sugar reaches the right consistency quickly and consistently batch after batch.
Designed for amusement parks, event caterers, market traders and hospitality venues offering glazed fruits or candied snacks, the unit processes two bags of Apple-Ready-Mix per batch. The compact stainless steel casing keeps the footprint manageable on counters and mobile setups alike, while the aluminium pot's conductivity means less waiting and more throughput during busy service periods.
