Description
Description
The Neumärker Sausage Warmer II (VS-1715) is a countertop, bain-marie style electric sausage warmer with two independent basins, designed for continuous hot-dog and bockwurst service in snack bars, canteens, stadiums, and fast-food operations. Running on a standard 230 V supply at 2.0 kW, it holds water temperature anywhere between 30 °C and 90 °C via thermostatic control, keeping sausages at consistent serving temperature throughout the day without constant attention.
Both basins are built into a stainless steel casing and fitted with hinged, removable lids for quick access and portion control. Each basin has its own dedicated drain tap, making end-of-shift emptying and cleaning straightforward without lifting heavy containers. Pilot lights and an on/off switch give staff clear at-a-glance status, reducing the chance of the unit being left on or running cold.
Compact enough to sit on any counter, the Sausage Warmer II suits high-throughput snack concepts where reliability and hygiene matter: hot-dog stands, sports venues, school canteens, and hotel buffet stations will find it a practical, low-maintenance workhorse.
