Description
The Neumärker Raclette is a professional cheese heating machine designed for tableside and buffet service, built to melt large half cheese wheels at 0.9 kW on a standard 230 V supply. Its height-adjustable tubular heating element positions radiant heat precisely over the cut face of the cheese, while the slightly tiltable cheese holder lets staff angle the wheel for a clean, controlled melt directly onto the guest's plate.
Intended exclusively for use by trained personnel, this machine suits restaurants, hotel buffets, alpine-themed venues and catering operations where authentic raclette presentation is part of the guest experience. Note that decoration props and a cheese knife are not included and must be sourced separately.
