The Neumärker Picco Poff is a professional poffertjes maker for foodservice operations, delivering 2.2 kW of heating power across a massive, uncoated grey cast iron baking plate with 50 cavities — each Ø 44 mm wide and 11 mm deep. Made in Germany and CE-certified, its stainless steel housing and height-adjustable feet make it equally at home on a market stall counter or a hotel breakfast station.
The plate is split into two independently controlled halves, each with its own thermostat, on/off switch, and pilot light — letting operators run at half capacity during quiet periods or bring both sides up to full output for peak service. The result is precise heat management and consistent, evenly baked Dutch mini pancakes batch after batch.
