The Neumärker Mulled Wine & Hot Water Kettle (18 L) is a countertop hot-beverage dispenser designed for heating and holding mulled wine, water, coffee or tea — built for self-service environments in restaurants, cafés, hotels and seasonal market operations. Its 18-litre stainless steel tank reaches serving temperature in approximately 55 minutes, drawing just 1.65 kW at 230 V.
A continuously adjustable thermostat lets operators dial in any temperature between 30 °C and 99 °C, with a pilot light that signals when heating is complete and alerts for descaling — keeping service consistent without constant supervision. Built-in running dry protection adds a further layer of safety during busy service periods.
Practical details make daily operation straightforward: a drip-free faucet with an integrated measuring glass controls portion accuracy, and the magnetically attached drip tray detaches cleanly without lifting or risk of spillage. The matt black coated stainless steel body holds up in commercial environments while fitting neatly on a bar or buffet counter.
