The Neumärker Mozzarella Cutter Caprese (NM-05-90069) is a manual stainless steel slicer designed for consistent, high-volume portioning of mozzarella and tomatoes in professional kitchens. Its specially ground interchangeable serrated blades cut uniform 5.5 mm slices, making it the go-to tool for restaurants, hotel buffets, and catering operations where caprese presentation needs to be fast and repeatable.
The stable frame and guide rail construction keeps every cut controlled and safe, while the elevated ejection system deposits slices directly into a 65 mm deep GN container — eliminating transfer steps and reducing prep time during service. All components are dishwasher safe, keeping cleaning quick between uses. For safe operation, the cutter is intended for trained personnel only.
