Description

The Neumärker Longhorn is a wood-fired offset BBQ smoker designed for professional outdoor cooking at restaurants, hotels, catering operations and live-fire events. Built on an offset firebox design, it separates the combustion chamber from the main cooking chamber, allowing indirect heat and smoke to flow across a 1000 × 400 mm stainless steel grate — giving operators precise control over long, slow cooks without direct flame exposure.

Airflow regulation lets you dial in three distinct cooking modes: low-temperature smoking at 60–90 °C, barbecue at 90–160 °C, or full grilling up to 300 °C. The built-in thermometer and draft controls make temperature management straightforward even during high-volume service. Fuel is limited to fruit woods or beech wood, which keeps smoke flavour clean and consistent. At 175 kg, the unit is substantial but ships with two wheels for on-site repositioning.

The Longhorn suits any professional kitchen or event setup that wants authentic wood-fired results with repeatable, controlled output — from low-and-slow brisket service to high-heat grilling stations.
