The Neumärker Lemon Cutter is a professional electric citrus juicer, available in the Santos product family (models #10c, #11, #52c and #70), designed for continuous fresh juice service in restaurants, hotels, bars and cafés. Built in Europe with a chromed stainless steel casing and removable bowl, it delivers between 20 and 50 litres of juice per hour depending on the model chosen — enough to handle busy breakfast services or high-volume bar programmes without interruption.
Operation is straightforward: pressing down the lid activates the motor automatically, keeping workflow fast and hands-free. Press cones are included, and the compact free-standing footprint means it fits neatly on a counter without dedicated infrastructure. Power draw ranges from 0.120 to 0.275 kW across the range, making it an efficient addition to any professional juice station.
