Description
The Neumärker Induction Milk Frother is a countertop electric milk frothing appliance for cafés, hotels and coffee bars, delivering consistent hot or cold froth in 80–90 seconds at up to 70 °C. Its induction drive works magnetically through the base of the jug — no spindle penetrates the vessel, meaning there are no electrical or electronic components inside the milk jug itself.
Three selectable temperature settings (cold, 65 °C and 70 °C) and three distinct froth modes — cold froth, hot creamy froth and hot stiff froth — give baristas precise control over texture and temperature for lattes, cappuccinos and specialty drinks. The unit ships with three mixers: one for fine-pored froth and two for stiff froth, covering the full range of café preparations.
Because the induction mechanism requires no spindle opening in the jug, the design is completely leak-safe and straightforward to clean — a practical advantage in a high-volume service environment running at 0.6 kW on a standard 230 V supply.
