Description
Description
The Neumärker Hot Dog Station Street Food is a compact electric hot dog steamer station for street food vendors, snack bars, cinemas, stadiums, and high-volume quick-service operations, combining a steam-heated sausage zone and a separate dry-heat bun warmer in a single countertop unit. Running on a standard 230 V supply at just 1 kW, it holds approximately 60 sausages in the steam zone and up to 30 buns in the warmer, and is ready for service in around 30 minutes from cold.
The dual-zone design gives operators independent temperature control over each section — the sausage steamer reaches up to 97 °C while the bun warmer is adjustable up to 82 °C — so sausages stay moist and buns remain soft without over-heating. A 4-litre water tank feeds the steam system, and a low-water indicator light alerts staff before the tank runs dry, protecting the unit during busy service periods.
At 500 × 445 × 410 mm, the Street Food station fits easily on a service counter or market stall, making it the practical choice for any operation that needs a reliable, self-contained hot dog display with minimal footprint and straightforward maintenance.
