Built for daily professional use, the GAR 7 features a fully stainless steel body and a removable stainless steel worktop plate, while the cast-iron grid and burner crown detach completely for fast, thorough cleaning. A safety thermocouple protects against accidental flame loss, and the adjustment knob offers precise control from idle through low to full power.
