Description
The Roller Grill GAR 14 is a tabletop professional gas stove built around a single 14 kW cast-iron burner, designed for high-output cooking in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and Asian cuisine kitchens that demand serious flame power in a compact footprint.
Its defining feature is the reversible cast-iron worktop: flip it to the classic ribbed side — complete with drip tray — for grilling and searing, or reverse it to the wok side where a guided-flame channel concentrates heat directly into the base of a wok. Piezo ignition and a safety thermocouple make daily use straightforward and compliant, while the stainless steel body and adjustable modular feet suit it for permanent countertop installation. The unit runs on butane or propane out of the box, with natural gas injectors supplied for permanent plumbing. CE and UL-NSF certified, and manufactured in France.
A practical choice for live-cooking stations, teppanyaki-style service, or any kitchen needing a powerful standalone burner that can switch between Western and wok cooking without a separate appliance.
