Description

The Neumärker Chips Warmer is a countertop french fries warming bridge for quick-service restaurants, snack bars, hotel buffets, and any high-volume operation that needs to hold fries at serving temperature between the fryer and the pass. Running on a standard 230 V supply at just 0.62 kW, it uses overhead radiant infrared top heat to keep portions crisp and hot without drying them out.

Built entirely from stainless steel, the unit ships with a full 1/1 GN container (65 mm deep) and a perforated stainless steel insert that lets crumbs, excess salt, and oil drain away — keeping the product presentable during service. A simple on/off mechanical switch means zero training time for counter staff, and the compact tabletop footprint fits easily on an existing pass or condiment station.

An ideal add-on for chip shops, fast-casual kitchens, and stadium or event catering where consistent fry quality across a busy service window is non-negotiable.
