The Neumärker Electric Soup Station (2×4 L) is a countertop bain-marie soup-holding unit for restaurants, hotel buffets, cafés and catering operations that need to keep two soups or sauces hot and ready for service simultaneously. Drawing 2.2 kW on a standard 230 V supply, it uses a water-bath heating method to maintain gentle, even warmth across both 4-litre stainless steel pots — protecting texture and flavour during extended service periods.
The unit ships ready to use, including a lid holder and two ladles, so front-of-house setup is straightforward. Stainless steel construction keeps cleaning quick, and the compact dual-pot format makes it equally at home on a buffet counter, a soup bar or a grab-and-go station.
