The Neumärker Dressing Bar is a chilled sauce and dressing dispenser bar for snack stalls, waffle and crêpe stands, and salad bars, holding eight 475 ml FIFO™ squeeze bottles for a combined capacity of 3,800 ml. Cooling is entirely passive — eutectic ice packs keep contents cold with no electrical connection required, making the unit easy to position anywhere on a counter or service line.
Delivered ready to use with eight FIFO™ squeeze bottles and cooling packs included, the Dressing Bar suits high-throughput service of dressings and fruit sauces where quick, portion-controlled dispensing and reliable cold-holding matter.
