Diamant Charcoal Grill, Ø 64 cm, Stainless Steel

The Neumärker Diamant is a professional freestanding charcoal grill for restaurants, hotels, steakhouses and open-kitchen operations, built around a 64 cm diameter grill surface (2,982 cm²) and a massive steel core that stores and radiates heat consistently throughout a service. The double-walled stainless steel casing retains temperature while keeping the exterior safe to work around, and a lid thermometer lets cooks monitor the cooking chamber without lifting the lid.

Airflow and smoke are both controlled manually — a damper regulates the coal burn, while an adjustable smoke funnel manages draft and flavour. A removable ash tray simplifies clean-up between sessions. The unit ships with a fire grid and chrome steel grid included; an optional 15 mm cast iron grid is available for heavier sear marks. Heat-insulated handles and an ergonomic working height of 900 mm (with setting) make the Diamant practical through long shifts.

Every Diamant grill is handmade in Sauerland, Germany. Optional stainless steel castors with solid rubber wheels and two fixing brakes can be specified for kitchens that need the unit repositioned between services.
