Description
The Neumärker Crepes Electric Standard is a professional electric crepe maker for high-volume foodservice, built around a 400 mm ground massive cast iron baking plate that reaches up to 300 °C and delivers consistent, even heat across every crepe. A spiral-shaped heating element sits directly beneath the plate, ensuring rapid heat recovery between batches — essential during peak service in restaurants, hotels, cafés and market stalls.
The 3.0 kW unit runs on standard 230 V supply and is fitted with thermostatic control, an integrated on/off switch and a pilot light, keeping temperature management simple for any operator. The stainless steel casing is robust and easy to wipe down, making it a practical fit for busy countertop stations wherever consistent crepe output is a priority.
