Description
The Neumärker Classic Contact Grill is a professional contact grill attachment for high-volume grilling in restaurants, hotels, cafés and catering operations, reaching up to 300 °C with precise digital temperature control. Handmade in Neumärker's manufactory in Hemer, Germany, it features a spring-loaded hinge that keeps the cast iron plates parallel to the food surface for even contact across the full grill area.
Interchangeable grooved or flat cast iron plates give kitchen teams the flexibility to switch between sear marks and smooth grilling without changing units. A built-in digital timer with acoustic signal keeps service moving during busy covers. Available in three plate sizes — Panini Master, Chopper Grill and Kamtschatka Grill — the Classic Contact Grill suits everything from panini bars to high-throughput à la carte grilling.
