Description
The Neumärker Chuckwagon is a wood-fired BBQ smoker and grill built for serious outdoor cooking in restaurants, event catering, and hotel kitchens. Its heavy-duty steel tube construction — with 6.35 mm wall thickness — delivers the structural rigidity needed for continuous professional use, while five round stainless-steel cooking grates provide a generous working surface across a 1000 × 400 mm chamber.
Three distinct cooking modes give operators full versatility: low-and-slow smoking from 60–90 °C, classic BBQ in the 90–160 °C range, and direct grilling up to 300 °C. Temperature is managed by manual airflow and draught regulation, guided by integrated thermometers — a straightforward, reliable system that experienced grill cooks will feel immediately at home with. Neumärker recommends fruit woods or beech wood as fuel, keeping flavour profiles clean and consistent.
